Payment Methods

The conference fee can be paid via:

  • Bank transfer
     
  • Online payment (including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro) via PayNow.

The payment must be completed within 14 days from the date of registration. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the registration and booking.

The conference fee is declared in PLN (gross amount, including VAT). We accept bank transfers in EUR and USD. To convert your registration fee, please fill out the registration form by choosing “bank transfer” as payment method, complete the payment and contact us afterward (smcbs|candela.org.pl| |smcbs|candela.org.pl). Based on the information from the registration, we will issue a proforma invoice in EUR/USD based on the recent exchange rate (published by National Bank of Poland).

Cancellation and refund

  • A full  refund is possible until September 15, 2025.
     
  • 50% refund is possible until October 15, 2025.
     

After this date, the refund is not possible.
