Conference Fee
Early registration:
- 3100 PLN (including tax) for full conference
- Accomodation in single-occupancy room
- Accommodation in twin (shared) room
Regular registration starts on September 15, 2025:
- 3900 PLN (including tax) for full conference
- Accomodation in single-occupancy room
- Accommodation in twin (shared) room
Late registration starts on October 10, 2025 - since then only card payments are possible:
- 4200 PLN (including tax) for full conference
- Accomodation in single-occupancy room
- Accommodation in twin (shared) room
*You can add a print of your poster to your registration fee which costs 65 PLN.
To provide extensive networking opportunities, the organisers have decided that the conference fee will cover:
- participation in the conference,
- lunches,
- coffee breaks,
- welcome reception,
- conference dinner,
- one group activity,
- conference welcome package.
How to access the student rate?
1. Complete the registration form and select bank transfer as a payment method.
2. Send proof of student status (student ID, certificate from the admin) to smcbs|candela.org.pl| |smcbs|candela.org.pl. Please inform us if you would like to pay by card or by bank transfer.
3. We will update the registration form, apply the student rate and generate updated pro forma (if requested). In the case of card payment, we will provide a link to finalize the payment.
