The registration fee covers:
- four-day accommodation in the hotel. The senior scientist fee covers a stay in a single room, and the young researcher fee covers a stay in a two-person room. Please, feel free to indicate a person for room sharing. If you prefer accommodation in a single room, you should choose a senior scientist fee.
- all meals, covering coffee breaks, buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners (starter, soup, main course, dessert)
- admission to all Workshop scientific and social events
- Workshop materials
- bus transportation from IPC PAS to the hotel (on the day of the Workshop's start) and from the hotel to Warsaw Central Railway Station, IPC PAS and Chopin Airport (on the day of the Workshop's end)
- access to the Hotel Spa and Wellness Centre,
- WiFi access.
