Poster Printing
 The Foundation has partnered with a local print shop – Indruk ([click to view on Google Maps]) – which has prepared a special offer for printing posters for participants of the SMCBS’2025  including delivery to Hotel Bristol on November 14, 2025.

The price for printing an A0 poster is PLN 39.80 net + VAT. To receive the discount, please provide the password SURFACE when placing your print order (by November 10, 2025).

• The technical team will be available in the conference room throughout all conference sessions, you can easily identify them by orange badges.
• Please check your time allocation in the conference program. Kindly note that your time closed allotted time cover both your presentation and  time for audience questions.
• Personal laptops cannot be used during the conference (due to the large number of presentations and technical reasons).
• Please contact the technical support team in advance (preferably during the break before your presentation) to upload your presentation and verify that the slides display correctly.
• Presentations will be displayed using a MacBook with macOS. A teleprompter will also be available on stage.
• As slides will be shown on additional screens, we will not use laser pointers. Instead, Logitech electronic presenters will be provided. If you are not familiar with this device, we recommend testing it during conference breaks.
• The computer will have the following software installed: Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Keynote. Recommended file formats: .pptx, .pdf, and .key.
• We recommend preparing slides in 16:9 format.
• The technical team will have several USB drives available for borrowing if needed to upload your presentation.
• After the conference, all presentations will be deleted and the drives formatted.
• We will use headset microphones during the conference. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled presentation at the technical desk in the conference room to have your microphone fitted.

• Posters presented during SMCBS’2025 should be designed in portrait (vertical) orientation.
• The maximum poster size that fits on the display stands is A0 (portrait).
• Poster setup will be possible from November 14, 2025, starting at 3:00 PM.
• The information desk located next to the main conference room will provide tools for mounting the posters
• Please remove your posters yourself after the conference ends.
• Posters not removed by November 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM (when the stands are dismantled) will be disposed of.
